Awesome Spoof Takes Vatican Curia by Storm

Edit: here's the story from some leftist whiners at Crux who are not amused.  Thanks to Oakes Spalding. It seems that someone is ramping up the psychological warfare. Isn't this so much more gratifying than finding fault with each other like a cult of Pentecostals?
Sometimes, the news does read like satire. Sometimes the satire is the news! And this is the best weapon at our disposal.
ROME- Barely a week after Rome woke up full of anti- Pope Francis posters, anonymous critics were back at it, sending a fake version of the Vatican’s official newspaper to cardinals and officials via email, claiming that the pontiff had answered five dubia, or questions, posed to him by four conservative cardinals about his document Amoris Laetita.
“He has answered!” reads the cover of the satirical edition of L’Osservatore Romano (LOR), the Vatican’s newspaper, which carries the date of Jan. 17.
“May your speech be yes yes no no,” reads the excerpt of the cover story, in reference to Matthew’s Gospel that says “But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.” (In Roman circles, Si Si No No is also familiar as the title of a small publication put out by the“St. Pius X Catholic Center for Anti-Modernist Studies,” expressing traditionalist criticism of post-Vatican II reforms.)

Pope Francis is hated in Italy, Rome especially, than more than you think. Many people just can't wait to be rid of him, and are praying for a Catholic Pope next time.
But this latest episode is great. It makes a strong point, and insults the Pope and the liberals again.
What the good, traditional and faithful Catholics need to do is keep it up, more protest, more posters, more anti-Francis.
Yesterday, he degraded "restorationist" (read that to mean conservative or flourishing religious Orders). He apparently wants them to be like all the rest of the liberal rot. He made fun of Medjugorie, but that's okay because that's fake anyway.
But Francis should not be allowed to degrade, insult or humiliate the "restorationist"--read that also as SSPX, and true Catholics Orders of priets/brothers,monks,friars and nuns/sisters. They are the only good Orders left in the Church.
The next time he makes a comment like that, I would love to read of a crowd of people hissing, booing, or shouting him down. I think he'd be so stunned by the opposition that he'd have an accident on his papal "throne". Hope it happens. Keep going at him till he's gone.

How can you NOT LOVE these gutsy creative Romans??? I am LOVING THIS!! The Romans are 'mad as h _ _ _ and not going to take it anymore!' Their critics are chastising them for being 'disrespectful' to the 'Holy Father', but lets see.....how many 'dubias' has he received? And how long has he been arrogantly silent on chaos that is crushing the Church because of his silence? And 'how's that workin out for us'?

Scream as you like, the Dubia will probably likely go the way of the Ottavani Intervention--- successfully ignored. The "church" incorporated the heresies of Vat 2 then; it will incorporate the heresies of Amoris Laetitia as well.

Damian, Medjugorje is not a fake - go there and see it with your own eyes - and take the opportunity and pray for the Pope, for a new Pope, for a change in the Papacy, anything to change the status quo ... (Sunny)

Awesome, finally someone is taking the fight to this imposter.

If Medjugje isn't fake, then I apologize. But it sure seems fake to me. Never been there, but St. Bernadette Soubirous of Lourdes (1850's), and the children of Fatima(1917) didn't make a big show/production of the visions in their times. The Blessed Virgin appeared to them after the visions, but not every single day with a message every day. That's what strikes me as fake....also the so called "seers" making money off the phenomena, becoming celebrities on talk circuits, etc. That smells of a show....not a real authentic vision.
Also, the local bishops condemned it and the "visionaries" and their Franciscan priests sponsors as fake long ago.....in the 1980's.
Lastly, someone did a test of one of the girl visionaries when she was supposedly in ecstasy praying to the Blessed Vrigin. They put a lit match near her eye (not on it of course), and she blinked and turned away. A sign she was faking/play acting.
But if people have been there and say it's real....fine. We'll have to wait for a real Pope to make a final decision about it.
The fake Pope we have now just insulted it yesterday. With the crude, nasty type insults only he can dream up.

Sorry, but Damian is right - Medjugorje is FALSE. This is an earlier DT post:

Damian,

Don't apologise - you're right about Medjugorje being a fake. This is an earlier post on the subject:

2. (Question to Vicka) "Is the Blessed Mother calling all people on earth to be Catholic?"

(Vicka:) "No! The Blessed Mother says all religions are dear to her and her Son. She says it is we on earth who have made division."

(Page 119, The Visions of the Children, Connell)

3. (Interview with Marjana by Father Tomislav Vlasic)

Mirjana: "The Madonna always stresses that there is but one God, and that people have enforced unnatural separation. One cannot truly believe, be a true Christian, if he does not respect other religions as well. You do not really believe in God if you make fun of other religions."

(Father:) "What, then, is the role of Jesus Christ, if the Moslem religion is a good religion?"

(Mirjana:) "We did not discuss that." (The role of our Lord Jesus Christ) "She merely explained, and deplored, the lack of religious unity, ‘especially in the villages.’ She said that everybody’s religion should be respected, and of course one’s own." (Page 124, The Apparitions of Our Lady at Medjugorje, Kraljevic)

4. (Interview with Ivanka by Father Svetozar Kraljevic)

(Ivanka:) "The Madonna said that religions are separated in the earth, but the people of all religions are accepted by my Son.
