Porno Film Shot in a Church: Dutch Prosecutor Dismisses Charge

The Tilburg Saint Joseph's Church was desecrated by
a porno film, which the Dutch Prosecutor refused to prosecute
(The Hague) The Dutch Prosecutor's Office refuses to charge prosecution for a porn film shot in a Catholic church.
Yesterday, on the occasion of the Feast of the Assumption, the Dutch Prosecutor's Office archived the complaint against the producer and the performers of a porn film, for shooting in the church dedicated to St. Joseph in Tilburg, better known as Heuvelse Kerk. Tilburg is located in the Dutch province of Nordbrabant.
Because of the devastation of the church, the city council had received a report from the priestly council. The public prosecutor's opinion, however, is that "no criminal offense" was committed. The behavior was indeed "disrespectful", but one could not recognize a criminal offense when the penal code was read. "Blasphemy is not punishable" in the Netherlands, which is why there is no law violation, the prosecutor's office said in their statement yesterday.

The barrier, which had to be climbed over for the filming.

Two actors were filmed in a side passage of the church and in a confessional committing a sex act.
Professor Harrie de Swart, responsible for the administration of the church, expressed his surprise at the decision of the prosecutor. He recalled that the actors had to overcome a barrier to get to the "filming locations".
The prosecutor informed that the church could seek a civil procedure. Whether it will come to such a thing is not certain. De Swart yesterday advised the diocese, for "there has been enough excitement in this cause which has led to nothing."
The 81-year-old Jan van Noorwegen, who is a priest at the church, carried out a rite reparation, when the church desecration became known at the beginning of the year. The Heuvelse Kerk was built in neo-gothic style in the 1870s.
The film was shot for Meiden van Holland, the video channel owned by the Dutch porn actress Kim Holland.

  1. This is a good example of bitter fruits that accommodation produces. When the Church denounced the world, the Devil and the flesh no one would have dared desecrate one of our churches. After cowardly ecumenism and the resulting indifferentism all bets are off and we are all game. Ideas do have consequences---and we are seeing just the start of the devastation. Thanks Vatican Council II and all the traitors who have labored long and hard to make a mockery of our Church. No wonder pornographers feel, correctly, that they can blaspheme with impunity.

  2. The churches in my Midwest archdiocese are being gradually turned into meeting halls. I recently attended Mass at a church named for the angel who visited the Mother of God. At the handshake of peace, a young man in the back picked out a sweet young thing in the last pew. He greeted her and then grabbed her and then hugged her, pushed his body forcefully against hers, and kissed her on the cheek. I would say that was overly aggressive and not really a handshake of greeting.---In another instance, I attended the CM church at which I was initiated in the early stages into the religious order (high school and then 2 years of college). Before Mass, people were walking through the church and talking loudly in groups. Two individuals went to the tabernacle and while talking took out hosts for the sick. The woman separated them like "Maverick" on the "River Queen". There was no communion rail and the sanctuary was gone and open to the public. There certainly was no genuflecting.----The pastor then preached that the meeting hall next door was "just as holy" as the church. He then went on to relate a visit to Chicago where he had seen "the Prodigal Son" with Rudolph Nuryev. He made it very obvious that there was a gay connection.---In most cases, the holiness of the church is gone. I will attend a traditional church on occasion and the distinction is palpable. Priests have become moderators and not agents of God. What else do you expect to evolve? ----Just before a local 90 year old priest died, I attended one of his masses. During his sermon, the woman pastoral associate who was the music director interrupted his sermon and challenged his interpretation. Wisely, he stated that now is not the time to argue and went on to finish his sermon. Disrespect for the priesthood is at an all time high and it would appear that our mighty leader is phasing out the clerical state in the name of the priesthood of the laity. The goal would be that of Teilhard de Chardin to merge Church and state just before the final coming of Christ.

    1. The whole "kiss of peace" in the novus ordo is a disaster too, people hugging, kissing, a$$ grabbing, all while our Lord is present on the altar. Yet another reason never to attend a novos ordo.

    2. Christian worship was never intended to be a "hugfest". Why can't the greeting be done at a time before the invocation? After the gifts are presented at the Altar, this time should be observed as the most solemn.

  3. I would have imagined that defamation might have been considered as the act draws the parish, the priests thereof, and the Church into disrepute and public/corporate humiliation.

  4. "Strange" that the prosecuter argues that because there are no laws against blasphemy.. film crews may just enter any building withouth permission and film movies now then..even if they have to climb over a fence like that, it seems like they are breaking in by doing so at least , unfortunately there appears to be no rule of law in the Netherlands anymore; prosecuters and judges interpret the law as their pragmatism and political aspirations dictate, without consideration of any principle that the penal code is drawn up upon, trias politica is no more, they have allready severely restricted the abillity of a person to move from one town to another or abroad and seem to be only interested in creating more debt slaves, currently the parliament is committed to the policy of gender neutrality and will remove the sexe designation from the passports.Of course the Kingdom of the Netherlands doesn't have a constitution (according to their constitution the Kingdom of the Netherlands is no more a legitimate entity since 13 may 1940)

..I am happy to see that this got some attention outside of the Netherlands, that other nations may take note and accept refugees from the netherlands/eu.

Even by writing this I am fearfull of the vilest persecution, for treason or undermining the state they have their tentacles deeply entranched into the us senate possibly some republican and most assuredly democrates. Good too that Trump has sent an ambassador who can read or understand some degree of dutch and has some ethnic affiliation.

  5. If they climbed over a barrier ,they were trespassing.Only the lowest of the low would do this ,they may escape prosecution ,they will not escape the wrath of God.A private prosecution should be taken against the company that made the film for the illicit use of church property.

  6. As disgusting as this is to anyone with the Sensus Fedei
I don't believe it is as sacrilegious as the pervasive daily desecration of the Blessed Sacrament facilitated by Communion in the hand.
Our Lord is scattered on the floors of their churches as an inevitable result of disregard for the Fragments.
And this is perpetuated by His "friends".
This incomprehensible fact should be enough to keep any thinking faithful out of any building where this takes place.

  7. O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifferences by which He is offended. By the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary I beg the conversion of poor sinners.

  8. Then in Netherlands everyone may performed sexual acts everywhere in the streets, in the city hall, or even... in a mosque without being prosecuted
